Missing

Nothing is invented. If a value isn't in the files you sent, the register says missing. If two documents disagree, both values appear with their pages and the item is marked as a conflict. We never fill a gap with a guess or a typical value.

    Email the closeout documents or a share link, with the job name and the equipment list if you have one.

  2. We build the draft

    Binder, register and missing-items list, Target within 5 business days of receiving complete files.

  3. Review the preview

    A draft preview, marked DRAFT, shows every tab, every register row and every flagged item. Send back anything you want changed.

  4. Pay and receive

    Pay the invoice link and the final files are sent to you.

Common questions

Do you check whether the equipment is right for the job?

No. CloseoutWorks organizes and indexes the documents you provide. It doesn't review design, verify equipment selection or size anything. That stays with the engineer of record.

What counts as complete files?

Everything you plan to hand over for the job. If more documents arrive after we start, we fold them in, and the turnaround target counts from when the last of them arrives.

What happens when something is missing?

It stays marked missing in the register and appears on the missing-items list with what's needed. When the document turns up, send it within 60 days and your included revision adds it.

Can I see an example first?

Yes. Ask for the sample binder by email and we'll send one built from a fictional job.
